Joseph B Solans ATF informant running around commiting crime while working with the government. SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE

So this hunk of shit ATF informant Joseph B Solans got him self arrested for a home invasion that he happened to steal a registered .38 Smith and Wesson on camera and likeness looked like his year book photo, but he was never the smartest guy in the room so his home got raided. Once they found enough evidence to put him away for the habitual criminal charge that would carry 20 years they realized he briefly worked with me at a car dealership and asked him if he could wear a wire and set me up for some made up murder for hire plot the government orchestrated and coached Solans on how to get me to implicate myself on his body wire so they could get me for a crime that never was going to happen rather than arrest this junkie that they had dead to right for a home invasion. Hold on it gets better.

He attains his informant status and gets briefed on how to come at me to coax me to discuss a crime I knew nothing about nor would ever consider committing. So he came to me and asked me questions that immediately let me know he was a no good rat informant so I said I had no idea what he was talking about. This went on for about a year but all the while Joe Solans the informant was forging fake perscriptions for Oxy 30s every day for 180 pills a script. He got caught and arrested about 3 times while a ATF informant but they always got the charges dropped as long as he kept trying to imprison me he was A OK in their book. Oh and they looked past the 5 grams a day of heroin he main lined as long as he tried to get me to confess on tape to a crime I didn't committ he was ok. Finally after about a year of this complete and udder waste of tax payer money and government resources they realized he was lying about my involvement and would never get me on wire talking about this so they finally arrested him over 16 months ago for the Home Invasion but that now turned into a felon in possession charge that carries much less. The only problem now is that it's been over 16 months and this scum bag rat still hasn't been sentenced. It's a open and shut case so why the delay? Could old Joe the Junkie be testifying at some grand jury or should I say be lying to some grand jury while being coached by a government prosecutor?

I CANNOT BELIEVE THE SCUM THE GOVERNMENT GETS IN BED WITH TO GO AFTER PEOPLE THEY KNOW HAVE STOPPED COMMITTING CRIME.

KARMA FINALLY CAUGHT UP TO CHRISTOPHER C. RICH

Far be it for me to kick a guy when he's down but in a couple days this guy will be six feet under ground so what the hell.

Please understand that this was the worst kind of person on the planet. He lied, filed a false police report, stole from his customers and had me imprisoned for a crime I did not commit just to mention a few things. Let us not forget that he was caught on wire tap asking me to have the Georgetown Country Club Super Bowl square pool robbed at gunpoint on Super Bowl Sunday with all of the customers there but lets move on.

I know a lot of you people are going to read this and think that I am a bad person for putting down a dead guy but I really don't care. Karma finally caught up to him. He died disbarred from the board of bar overseers (don't let that medical leave of absence fool you). He was about to be disbarred for life for what was on those wiretaps. He died with everyone in Georgetown knowing what he was really all about thanks to that Fox 25 investigation that aired a few years ago and he never won another election after it aired so it really is all poetic justice.

He portrayed himself to be a lawyer, a man that would do anything for anyone, and the pillar of the community and he was none of those things. This guy gave me over $400,000 to invest and when things got a little tough he went to the police and lied to them and told them I stole his money. I ended up going to trial, losing and getting 6 years in prison. Then I found proof that my phone was tapped by the Mass State Police during this whole time and those taps not only proved that I was innocent of the crime he accused me of but they also showed that Chris Rich was a criminal and greedy no good SOB.

Do yourself a favor and don't cry any tears for this guy. He sure wouldn't do it for you.

AND ANOTHER ONE OF OUR RIGHTS BITES THE DUST

The Supreme Court has ruled that it is legal to take your DNA once you have been arrested. This has progressed from only being able to take your DNA once you have been convicted of a felony, then it changed to they could take it if you were convicted of any crime even a misdemeanor and now it has changed so they can take it upon any arrest. So if you are arrested for driving with a suspended license (or anything for that matter) be prepared to have your DNA taken from you (by force if need be) and put into the the State Police and FBI criminal Data Bank even though you are not yet a convicted criminal.

Now try and remember that being arrested does not mean that you are a convicted criminal but they still can take your DNA and put it in a data bank. I hope people can see the writing on the wall here. Soon all of your freedoms will be gone and no one seems to care about it. Why would my DNA be needed if I drove with a suspended license? The natural progression of this is that your DNA is taken at birth and kept in this data bank or wherever else they feel like keeping it.

Most of the sheep in America won't see anything wrong with this and that is the real problem. THIS IS JUST ONE MORE OF OUR RIGHTS THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN WITHOUT ANY BACKLASH OR EVEN ONE PERSON SEEMING TO CARE. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'S government and law enforcement grows stronger every single day and the average citizen loses his rights and is taxed to death without even making a sound. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US? WHY DON'T WE FIGHT FOR ANYTHING ANYMORE? They keep us so busy working, paying our taxes and our bills that we care more about who the next winner of Dancing with the Stars is than we do about our GOD GIVEN RIGHTS. PEOPLE CAN ONLY BE PUSHED SO FAR BEFORE THEY BEGIN TO PUSH BACK. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT DAY IS FAST APPROACHING.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A sharply divided Supreme Court on Monday said police can routinely take DNA from people they arrest, equating a DNA cheek swab to other common jailhouse procedures like fingerprinting.

‘‘Taking and analyzing a cheek swab of the arrestee DNA is, like fingerprinting and photographing, a legitimate police booking procedure that is reasonable under the Fourth Amendment,’’ Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the court’s five-justice majority.

But the four dissenting justices said that the court was allowing a major change in police powers.

‘‘Make no mistake about it: because of today’s decision, your DNA can be taken and entered into a national database if you are ever arrested, rightly or wrongly, and for whatever reason,’’ conservative Justice Antonin Scalia said in a sharp dissent which he read aloud in the courtroom.

At least 28 states and the federal government now take DNA swabs after arrests. But a Maryland court was one of the first to say that it was illegal for that state to take Alonzo King’s DNA without approval from a judge, saying King had ‘‘a sufficiently weighty and reasonable expectation of privacy against warrantless, suspicionless searches.’’

But the high court’s decision reverses that ruling and reinstates King’s rape conviction, which came after police took his DNA during an unrelated arrest. Kennedy wrote the decision, and was joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Stephen Breyer. Scalia was joined in his dissent by Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

Getting DNA swabs from criminals is common. All 50 states and the federal government take cheek swabs from convicted criminals to check against federal and state databanks, with the court’s blessing. The fight at the Supreme Court was over whether that DNA collection could come before conviction and without a judge issuing a warrant.

According to court documents, the FBI’s Combined DNA Index System or CODIS — a coordinated system of federal, state and local databases of DNA profiles — already contains more than 10 million criminal profiles and 1.1 million profiles of those arrested.

In the case before the court, a 53-year-old woman was raped and robbed but no one was arrested. Almost six years later, Alonzo King was arrested and charged with felony second-degree assault. Taking advantage of the Maryland law that allowed warrantless DNA tests following some felony arrests, police took a cheek swab of King’s DNA, which matched a sample from the 2003 Salisbury rape. King was convicted of rape and sentenced to life in prison.

King eventually pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor assault from his arrest, a crime for which Maryland cannot take warrantless DNA samples. The state courts said it violated King’s rights for the state to take his DNA based on an arrest alone. The state Court of Appeals said King had ‘‘a sufficiently weighty and reasonable expectation of privacy against warrantless, suspicionless searches.’’ But the high court’s decision reinstates King’s conviction.

Maryland stopped collecting DNA after that decision, but Roberts allowed police to keep collecting DNA samples pending the high court’s review.

I'm sick of paying for deadbeat welfare recipients

Last week was a great week for me at work. I made a good amount of money but then when I got my check I saw how my $4,300 quickly turned into about $3,000 after taxes. I understand that we all need to pay taxes but for the life of me I can't figure out where the hell the money goes. It sure doesn't go to fixing the roads around here so I guess it goes to all the deadbeats out there that don't work.

These people really do have it figured out. They don't work but they seem to be doing pretty good for themselves. I met a 35 year old guy the other day and he told me that he is on SSDI because he can't be around people because of his anxiety disorder so he can't work. This jerk sits at home and grabs $900 a month in cash benefits, $600 a month in food stamps and with his section 8 housing he pays $125  dollars a month in rent for his 2 bedroom condo in Revere. Not to shabby for a guy that does not have to get up one day out of the week and go to work.

This is the problem with this country. People like this guy are multiplying every day and pretty soon they are going to outnumber the working class people. Why the hell do I have to help this guy? Why do I have to work my ass off to try and get a head when this guy sleeps until noon and does not have a worry in the world because all of his bills are taken care of. Why would this guy even try and get a job. He would be stupid to get a job. He would actually be losing money.

The working guy (myself included) is a sucker. We work and work and work and pay our taxes so we can take care of these free loaders. Oh and by the way, they have no intention of ever changing. Don't get me wrong, I know there are the few people that have gotten laid off or are in a tough spot that need some temporary help and they will soon be back to work but those people are in the minority. The rest of them are collecting these benefits as a way of life. I cannot believe what this country has become. These people actually believe they have it coming. Why I have no idea. They think they deserve all this stuff.

In the old days there was no such thing as welfare. If you didn't work, you didn't eat. NOT ANY MORE. Just stop on by your local Transitional Assistance office and you are all set. I love the name "Transitional Assistance" where is the transition? I guess they mean you are making the transition from tax payer to dead beat.

I just don't see how this country is going to come out of this. We are digging the hole deeper and deeper and none of these politicians have the balls to say what the real problem is. It isn't military spending or sending aid to some war torn country. The problem is right here in the good old USA and these dead beats who think they have a free ride coming.

I'm no angel and I have a really bad criminal record so if I can find a job in this economy and make over 70k last year than ANYONE CAN. Get off your lazy asses and go to work.

At the very least we should be having these dead beats clean up the streets or paint some bridges or something to justify the money they get. We can't give them drug test because god forbid we make them feel uncomfortable.

This country is going down the shitter and no on cares or has the balls to say anything about it. I'm sick of my tax dollars paying for some lazy bastard that just wants a free ride.

Stop buying crack with your EBT cards and go find a job.

CARMENS ORTIZ'S NEW MOTTO- WHY DO TEN WHEN YOU CAN TELL ON A FRIEND

This article in today's Boston Herald is right on the mark. The problem with the US court system is that they get in bed with the lowest forms of human beings in the world, RATS. The Government will make deals with ANYONE who tells them ANYTHING. They don't care if you killed 20 people or if you stole 20 million dollars. If you tell, you are A OK with them. They will cut your sentence by many years, forgo all your fines and restitution, and even get a gold star for your RAT like forehead.

The thing the Government does not understand or care to understand is that a rat will say or do anything to stay out of prison. They will lie, cheat and steal just to stay on the street so they can commit more crime. A RAT is the lowest form of human. They want to profit from crime and not face the consequences. My father always told me "a construction worker has to worry about getting hit in the head with a 2x4, a criminal has to worry about going to jail". What he means by that is going to jail is just a job hazard for a criminal and if you don't want to go to prison then don't commit any crimes. Not these rats though. They want to cut corners and rob, steal and even murder but not face justice and who can blame them. Shame on the Government for letting them get away with it.

Things need to change with the judicial system in this country but no one seems to care until it happens to someone in their own family. There are many innocent people in prison because some RAT threw them under the bus because they didn't want to do the time they should have and it sickens me.

Something has to change but it won't. The FBI could not crack one case if rats didn't help them and the US Attorneys office is run like a used car dealership where everyone that walks through the door whether employee or criminal comes out a little dirtier every time.

I’ve lost my faith in Boston’s federal court and U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz.
Yesterday, former Chelsea Housing Authority Director Michael McLaughlin pleaded guilty to shafting both taxpayers and Chelsea’s poor by knowingly lying about his salary, which ballooned from $77,000 in 2000 to $366,000 in 2011.
His motive, said his lawyer: money.

His jail time: possibly none, according to the plea deal McLaughlin worked out with Ortiz’s office.
Yet last month, computer prodigy Aaron Swartz took his own life after prosecutors in Ortiz’s office threatened him with multiple years in jail for downloading academic journals from an MIT computer system.
His motive: to make these journals available free.
His threatened jail time: up to 50 years.
True, if Swartz had cut a deal like McLaughlin did, he was probably looking at only seven or eight months. Then again, if McLaughlin fails to cooperate with the federal probe, he was facing only 12 to 18 months behind bars.
I can’t see the justice here.
I know, McLaughlin gets a reduced term for helping the government indict more alleged wrongdoers who may, or may not, include Lt. Gov. Tim Murray.
But how sleazy is this deal? Those willing to squeal on former “friends” get rewarded, those who don’t, do not. And those who refuse to plead guilty — because they believe they’re innocent — face bludgeoning, bankruptcy, hounding and harassment.
Recall what Harvey Silverglate, a Boston defense lawyer, has pointed out: The first indictment against Swartz contained four counts with a maximum sentence of 35 years. The indictment after Swartz rejected a plea “upped the ante to 13 counts.”
That translates to up to 50 years in prison and 
$1 million in fines, according to the congressional committee probing Ortiz.
Those familiar with the federal system say this is how things must be done: catch the small fries, turn them, and then catch the big enchilada. But perhaps these apologists have been in the system too long. They can’t see that things have gone too far, that too much wheeling and dealing sacrifices faith in the system and its very integrity.
This is hardly the first time we’ve seen such maneuvering around here. Federal Judge Douglas Woodlock, who presided over McLaughlin’s hearing yesterday, also sentenced Catherine Greig to eight years for abetting alleged serial killer Whitey Bulger on the run.
Meanwhile, Bulger’s former buddy in the Winter Hill gang, John Martorano, served 12 years in jail — just four more than Greig — and he confessed to 20 murders. That deal predated Ortiz’s tenure. But it’s in keeping with the mentality in the U.S. attorney’s office.
And I can’t see the justice in it anymore.

Massachusetts judicial system is the worst in the country

Read this story and see for yourself how screwed up the MA judicial system is. This is only one story. How many innocent people went to prison because of this bitch? How much tax payer money is going to be paid out to those people that were wrongly convicted and how much will be spent on re opening their cases?

When you consider cases like these, Whitey Bulger, Joe Salvati and my own along with countless others it goes to show you that the death penalty should never be an option. If the government killed one innocent person then the whole concept is wrong.

BOSTON GLOBE STORY from 12/17

Former state chemist Annie Dookhan, who triggered a crisis in the state’s criminal justice system that has set convicted drug dealers free and may cost tens of millions of dollars to fix, is facing a 27-count indictment, Attorney General Martha Coakley’s office said today.

Dookhan, 34, of Franklin, who allegedly mishandled evidence she was supposed to test at a state drug lab, has been indicted by a grand jury on 17 counts of obstruction of justice, as well as 10 other charges, including tampering with evidence, perjury, and falsely pretending to hold a degree from a college or university, prosecutors said.
Dookhan had previously faced criminal charges in Boston Municipal Court. Those will be dropped and the prosecution of the former Department of Public Health employee will now shift to Suffolk Superior Court.
Dookhan is to be arraigned Thursday in the Boston courthouse.
“We allege that Annie Dookhan tampered with drug evidence and fabricated test results on multiple occasions,” Coakley said in a statement. “Her alleged actions have sent ripple effects throughout the criminal justice system. We are committed to working with all stakeholders to fix this situation and restore trust in the criminal justice system.”
Dookhan worked for the DPH from 2003 until she was fired by the Patrick administration earlier this year. Prosecutors, defense attorneys, and the judicial system have estimated her alleged illegal activities may have undermined as many as 190,000 cases that were prosecuted during her career.
Prosecutors, the Committee on Public Counsel Services, municipal governments and social service agencies have estimated they will need tens of millions of dollars to deal with the increased caseloads, increased supervision of released defendants, and legal fees stemming from the scandal.
According to Coakley’s statement, Dookhan allegedly “dry labbed’’ seized drugs, falsely certifying that she performed the required testing of seized suspected contraband when, in fact, she had not tested, but had merely made a visual examination.
Dookhan also allegedly tainted samples by mixing substances she knew were illegal drugs with samples she knew did not contain illegal substances. She also allegedly forged the initials of a supervisor on reports in an attempt to cover up her misdeeds, prosecutors allege.
Dookhan occasionally would testify in court as an expert witness and is facing the perjury charge for claiming under oath that she held a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, when records show she never even enrolled in a master’s program.
These charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty, prosecutors said.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM BEING A JOKE

This Massachusetts drug lab story should be getting a lot more press than it is. I cannot believe that there is not more public outrage over this mess. How many innocent people went to prison? How much tax payer money is going to spent on re opening these cases, on top of the original amount of trying them. The numbers would be staggering to say the least. Not to mention the amount of wrongful conviction lawsuits that will soon be pending against the state.

How in this day and age does something like this happen? How is there no oversight? This Dookhans answered to no one and no one checked her work. This is outrageous and no one really seems to care. Yes they made a spectacle of arresting her and it was to lead story on the 6 o'clock news that night but other than that people aren't saying much.

If you are ignorant enough to think that prosecutors had no idea that something was wrong then you really see the world through rose colored glasses. The prosecutors didn't care what was going on. All they care about are convictions. The truth is does not matter.

For this to happen in this day and age is remarkable to say the least.

This story really shows you what the court system is all about and if you believe it to be an isolated incident then you are a fool and have a good shot at becoming a state employee. Do you think there may be other lab employees that have cut corners? I'm sure of it. The only good thing to come out of this whole mess is that they whole lab system is sure to change and I'm sure it will have plenty of oversight from now on.

When all is said and done I'm guessing that this will cost the state of Massachusetts about 500 million when you add it all together and that is going to come right out of the taxpayers pocket.

Keep voting democratic and hoping things change but think how can something change when you don't do anything differently.

We are all sheep being led to the slaughter.

The (former) Lawyer Chris Rich had the oddest requests. Joe LaFratta

In 2004 when I was released from federal prison I started working with the lawyer Chris Rich in his Salem office. I got the job because he owed a friend of mine a favor and I had to have a job to get out of the half way house I was in. As soon as I started working with him he asked me over and over to do illegal things for him. At the time he was in the middle of lawsuit with the Georgetown Country Club and HATED the owner of the place Dr. Peter Wojtkun. He used to ask me every other day if I could send a couple guys to give him a beating. I never did of course but I told him I needed 5 grand to give to my guys....LOL. This is the kind of guy that Chris Rich is and he was lawyer and an officer of the court at the time.

He really is piece of garbage. If I did half the things he wanted me too I would have gotten the electric chair by now. One day he called me and asked me to come to his house on the first hole of the Georgetown Country Club. He said it was very important. I showed up at his house and he gave me a license plate number and told me he wanted the guys thumbs broken. Apparently the guy cut him off while they were driving on the highway and I guess he figured no one could cut him off and get away with it. Imagine that. Break his thumbs...LOL what is this 1920? What a jerk.

Chris Rich is such a stuck up asshole. He actually asked me to rob the Georgetown Country Club of its Superbowl betting pool. He said there was over $40,000 there at the time. Now understand he did not want me to break in at night and steal the money, he wanted me to go in guns blazing and stick the place up. What a good guy huh? Who knows how many members would be there and who knows what could happen in that situation? He just does not care about any of those things. He hated the owner and he wanted revenge, END OF STORY.

His father Frank Rich and his brother Brian own the company NATIONS RENT out of Florida. It is a fortune 500 company and Chris is the black sheep of the family. He owes everyone in his family large amounts of money and has no intention of paying them. Thats the kind of guy he is.

The best part is that he keeps running for elected positions in the town of Georgetown and keeps losing. If it was anyone other than him it would be sad but he deserves everything he is getting. He cannot stand anyone and he is the cheapest guy you will ever meet. He is mad at a nickle for not being a dime...lol.

If you are ever in the town of Georgetown MA and you see that big yellow barn at 292 Andover St. you may have a hard time not throwing up. He designed it and it is the ugliest home I have ever seen. The whole town thinks its an eyesore.

I recently heard that they are having a GRAND JURY on him. Apparently he commited a few crimes when he filed false police reports and commited bank fraud against Eastern Bank. I would not testify against him, not because I care about him in any way, I just don't believe in doing things like that to your friends or your enemies but he is surely going to get some jail time out of all of this. The best part about it all is that he did all this to himself. He got himself disbarred, he got FOX 25 to follow him around and run a special about what an asshole he is and he is the one that is putting himself in PRISON.

I HOPE WHEN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR YOU LIZZARD THAT YOU REMEMBER HOW I PLAYED YOU LIKE A FIDDLE. I SHOWED EVERYONE WHAT A FOOL YOU REALLY ARE AND I BEAT YOU IN COURT TOO. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR UPCOMING CASE....LMAO

I'm sick of hearing the word RACISM

This story in the Boston Globe tells the story of a Harvard class President that was running down the street with his hat on backwards past 4 white young white guys and the white guys yelled something like "why are you running, did you steal something?" and the author goes on to tell us how racism is alive and well in this country.

I am so sick of hearing stories like this. Listen I'm not saying that there are not white people out there that don't hate black people for no good reason, but we all agree that those people are ignorant. What I am saying is that if you went around and polled all white people and all black people and asked who felt more intimidated around a group of the other race I guarantee you that the white people would be of the higher percentage. If this situation was reversed and I was in Roxbury running past 4 young black kids I have a far better chance of getting shot than this kid had of getting his poor feeling hurt. Why is it that every single black comedian in this country can tell every joke they want about white people and no one seems to care. God forbid one white comedian tells a joke about a black person. The world would be all over him and Al Sharpton would be outside his house with a crowd of people demanding an apology. There is racism out there but reverse racism is far more common these days in my opinion.

Maybe these young white guys were just referring to the fact that blacks make up 13% or so of the U.S. population but make up about 40% of the prison population. Maybe that is why they think he stole something. I'm not saying that is right but you cannot have it both ways.

The guy that wrote the article is a class President at Harvard, the President of the United States is black and we still have to hear about racism. Why is it that every time someone has something negative to say about Obama they are labeled a racist? Slavery was terrible, no question about it and it never should have happened in this country. That said, I'm Italian and my family moved to this country in the 1920's. Not one of my ancestors ever owned a slave so I don't think I should have to live in a perpetual state of apology just because I'm white. There was affirmative action and black people have every opportunity to get ahead in this country as white people and in some cases they have more opportunities.

Please understand that I am NOT A RACIST I am just sick and tired of hearing about it. Why am I supposed to feel like I did something wrong just because I'm white. Remember one thing there will NEVER EVER be a CET (Caucasian entertainment television) station on cable. Why? racism, just not the kind you read about in the news paper.

HOW I GOT TO DRIVE THE HONORABLE BONNIE MACLEOD TO WORK

When I got out of federal prison in 2004 I was working with the well know JERK and soon to be disbarred attorney Christopher C Rich. This WANNA BE GANGSTER had a lot of friends in high places and one of them happened to be the "Honorable" Superior court Judge Bonnie Macleod. These two had a very odd relationship that involved sleep overs if you get my drift.

One day Chris comes into my office and asks me if I would mind driving the Honorable judge to and from work for the next couple of weeks because her driver was on vacation and she is legally blind. I told him that I did not think it was a good idea because I was on federal probation and I was on record with the FBI as a mob associate but he said he told her all about me and she could care less. After all most of these people I met through this jerk Chris Rich thought they were above the law, so why would she care. And so it began, for the next two weeks I would pick up Judge MacLeod at her home in Wakefield and drive her to work at Salem Superior Court.

The first couple times I drove her she did not say much but after that she opened right up and asked me all kinds of questions about prison life and how it felt to commit a crime and did I know this guy or that guy and did I really do time with John Gotti Jr and things like that. She seemed like a real Mafia groupie to me but it was all harmless and she seemed like a decent enough lady. I would never tell her anything that really mattered anyway.

The thing that got me upset though was when I picked her up one day with Chris Rich in the car with us, the car happened to be a 2003 Cadillac Escalade BTW straight out of the Soprano's, I heard for the first time conversations that every defendant that ever was is afraid of. They spoke about cases and made deals about peoples lifes like they were trading baseball cards. "I'll give you this guy for that guy" kind of things, not to mention that Chris Rich had a big lawsuit going against the Georgetown Country Club in another court but she told him exactly how the judge was going to rule in his case a month or so before the judge even ruled.

As a defendant you always wonder if there are back room deals or conspiracy's going on behind your back and after listening to these two let me tell you that I know FOR A FACT that it does go on and they love the power they wield over regular jerks like you and I.

I'm sure that when Chris Rich wanted to set me up that he made a call to Judge Bonnie MacLeod. I got convicted of a crime that I never committed. They had no evidence and I knew the fix was in but thank GOD unknown to any of them my phones were tapped and my conviction got overturned because the taps proved that I did not commit the crime that Chris Rich said I did.

I'm still fighting for the taps and when I get them I'm sure you will hear the "honorable" Bonnie MacLeod on them telling me "I'm ready to be picked up".....

What a crazy world isn't it? I was under investigation for drug dealing and bookmaking while on federal probation and I'm driving around a superior court judge. Massachusetts really is the craziest state in the Union...

Ex MASS PROSECUTOR IS GROPING 17 YEAR OLD GIRLS WHILE WORKING AT THE COURTHOUSE

You have to take a second and read the story about this EX DA that was telling a 17 year old girl that he can help keep her boyfriend out of jail if she "helps" him. What a loser this guys is and it all happens inside the courthouse.

I wonder why this story hasn't gotten more press. THIS GUY IS A RAPIST AND HE'S DOING IT WHILE GETTING PAID WITH YOUR TAX DOLLAR...

FALL RIVER (AP) - The case of a former prosecutor accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in a courthouse conference room is in the hands of a jury.

The jurors in Fall River Superior Court are scheduled to resume deliberations Friday after weighing the evidence for about two hours Thursday.

Peter Joseph Costanza, a former prosecutor with the Bristol district attorney's office, is charged with indecent assault and battery and public corruption for allegedly forcibly kissing and groping a 17-year-old girl and telling her he could help keep her boyfriend out of jail in August 2008.

Costanza's lawyer says his client is the victim of a conspiracy, and the girl tried to frame him by coming on to him. The now 42-year-old Costanza testified that he had consensual physical contact with the teen.

THE LAWYER, THE DOCTOR'S AND THE CONVICTED FELON MOB ASSOCIATE

Have you ever heard of Dr. Richard Shemin? How about Dr. Steve McColgan? If you have not don't worry, once my book comes out you will hear plenty about these guys. Both of these Dr.'s were good friends with disgraced attorney Christopher Rich when I was "working" with him. They were such good friends with him that they asked him if they could invest in our enterprise. When I say "our enterprise" I apologize that I cannot be more specific but it is for obvious reasons.

Dr. Richard Shemin of UCLA is regarded as one of our country's leading heart surgeons according to UCLA and he also likes to supplement his income with some very risky investments. Me being one of them. He and Dr. Steve McColgan of Bellflower, CA gave Chris Rich $100,000 each to "invest" with me. They knew what we were up too and they were all for it. All they wanted was to increase profits and they both actually needed tutoring on how to spend all the cash. Between the three of these guys, Rich, Shemin and McColgan they put up over $350,000 in a matter of days to "invest". McColgan and Rich were the only two that ever asked me to cause physical harm to people that they were involved in legal battles with. I never followed through with anything like that but I want you to know what kind of people these are. They are all supposed to be the pillars of our community and they all have gotten their hands very, very dirty.

A good story about Dr. Shemin, one day I was late getting to his office to give him his monthly interest payment and when I got there I was ushered into his office like the times before but this time he was in surgery. He came barging in the office covered in blood and he told me that he "stepped out"of the surgery to come collect his money from me. Imagine the poor slob on the table getting heart surgery and this jerk leaves him there to come grab an envelope stuffed with cash from me. I guess he watched the Soprano's one too many times.

Dr. Shemin and Dr. McColgan went right along with Chris Rich when he lied and told the police I stole his money, so if you ask me they are as guilty as he is. They all sat by and said nothing while an innocent man (me, Joe LaFratta) was tried and convicted for crimes they all knew I did not commit. This is two Dr's and a disbarred attorney that did this. If you think criminals are only in bad parts of the city or that they all wear gang colors you should try and remember that two of the biggest criminal I have ever met, and I've met plenty, wore Dr's scrubs and lived in big houses and were given awards for their deeds.
