ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM BEING A JOKE

This Massachusetts drug lab story should be getting a lot more press than it is. I cannot believe that there is not more public outrage over this mess. How many innocent people went to prison? How much tax payer money is going to spent on re opening these cases, on top of the original amount of trying them. The numbers would be staggering to say the least. Not to mention the amount of wrongful conviction lawsuits that will soon be pending against the state.

How in this day and age does something like this happen? How is there no oversight? This Dookhans answered to no one and no one checked her work. This is outrageous and no one really seems to care. Yes they made a spectacle of arresting her and it was to lead story on the 6 o'clock news that night but other than that people aren't saying much.

If you are ignorant enough to think that prosecutors had no idea that something was wrong then you really see the world through rose colored glasses. The prosecutors didn't care what was going on. All they care about are convictions. The truth is does not matter.

For this to happen in this day and age is remarkable to say the least.

This story really shows you what the court system is all about and if you believe it to be an isolated incident then you are a fool and have a good shot at becoming a state employee. Do you think there may be other lab employees that have cut corners? I'm sure of it. The only good thing to come out of this whole mess is that they whole lab system is sure to change and I'm sure it will have plenty of oversight from now on.

When all is said and done I'm guessing that this will cost the state of Massachusetts about 500 million when you add it all together and that is going to come right out of the taxpayers pocket.

Keep voting democratic and hoping things change but think how can something change when you don't do anything differently.

We are all sheep being led to the slaughter.

Have a good day and I hope the LAW ENFORCMENT MAFIA does not kick down your door today!

To think this one little cross eyed bitch could cause so much trouble...........

I'm sick of hearing the word RACISM

http://www.bostonglobe.com/opinion/editorials/2012/07/13/post-racial-not-yet/cPhWLrt81RVaOo0WqjgkPK/story.html

This story in the Boston Globe tells the story of a Harvard class President that was running down the street with his hat on backwards past 4 white young white guys and the white guys yelled something like "why are you running, did you steal something?" and the author goes on to tell us how racism is alive and well in this country.

I am so sick of hearing stories like this. Listen I'm not saying that there are not white people out there that don't hate black people for no good reason, but we all agree that those people are ignorant. What I am saying is that if you went around and polled all white people and all black people and asked who felt more intimidated around a group of the other race I guarantee you that the white people would be of the higher percentage. If this situation was reversed and I was in Roxbury running past 4 young black kids I have a far better chance of getting shot than this kid had of getting his poor feeling hurt. Why is it that every single black comedian in this country can tell every joke they want about white people and no one seems to care. God forbid one white comedian tells a joke about a black person. The world would be all over him and Al Sharpton would be outside his house with a crowd of people demanding an apology. There is racism out there but reverse racism is far more common these days in my opinion.

Maybe these young white guys were just referring to the fact that blacks make up 13% or so of the U.S. population but make up about 40% of the prison population. Maybe that is why they think he stole something. I'm not saying that is right but you cannot have it both ways.

The guy that wrote the article is a class President at Harvard, the President of the United States is black and we still have to hear about racism. Why is it that every time someone has something negative to say about Obama they are labeled a racist? Slavery was terrible, no question about it and it never should have happened in this country. That said, I'm Italian and my family moved to this country in the 1920's. Not one of my ancestors ever owned a slave so I don't think I should have to live in a perpetual state of apology just because I'm white. There was affirmative action and black people have every opportunity to get ahead in this country as white people and in some cases they have more opportunities.

Please understand that I am NOT A RACIST I am just sick and tired of hearing about it. Why am I supposed to feel like I did something wrong just because I'm white. Remember one thing there will NEVER EVER be a CET (Caucasian entertainment television) station on cable. Why? racism, just not the kind you read about in the news paper.

Mass DA's spending in all the wrong places

This is another fine example of Massachusetts DA's spending their budgets in all the wrong places.

This poor grandfather did what anyone with any balls would have done and cracked the guy in the head with a bat because he was molesting his granddaughter. Where is the crime in that? And the grandfather had already called the cops.

The DA's offices throughout Mass have been saying for a while that they don't have a big enough budget and that the DA's don't make enough money.

Well if they stopped prosecuting cases like this maybe they would have a little more money to spend on real crimes. I personally don't care if this grandfather hit this guy over the head or not. They guy raping the underage girl should get hit in the head with a bat because he sure isn't going to feel any pain when he goes to court. This state is still very lenient on these types of cases.

If you have a free minute today give this DA Michael O'Keefe a call and tell him how you feel about this. Their # is 508-362-8113 and please tell him you're a friend of mine.

Massachusetts Law Enforcement Mafia at it again

Lowell police officer Arovanh Lakmany was indicted recently on extortion, 3 counts of rape and 3 counts of soliciting a prostitute but get this, he was released on PERSONAL RECOGNIZANCE. Which means he wasn't even given a bail.

Now call me crazy but this bail seems to be a little low. Actually its impossible to get your bail any lower unless they pay you to be charged with a crime. Oh wait a second that is most likely what is going to happen. I'm sure that this RAPIST will be suspended with pay, or as you and I like to call it, "given a paid vacation".

I know a thousand people that have been charged with crimes a lot less serious than this and were given huge bails. I wonder what the difference is between them and him. Oh, no I don't, he's a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER so the "LAWS" DO NOT APPLY TO HIM.

This jerk actually said in an interview with detectives that "he felt like he was untouchable because, you know, were cops". THAT ABOUT SUMS IT UP.

This is further proof that in this country if you are not a politician, a cop, a judge, a probation officer or any other jerk woking for the government or law enforcement THAN YOU ARE A SUCKER. They want you to shut up, follow the laws that they don't follow and just KEEP PAYING YOUR TAXES.

IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE CALL THE LOWELL MASS POLICE STATION AT 978-937-3200 AND ASK HOW YOU TOO CAN BECOME A PART OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT MAFIA, JUST LIKE AROVANH LAKMANY, and tell them JOE LAFRATTA ASKED YOU TO CALL!

Excerpt from my book | DIRTY MONEY | BOSTON MAFIA

THE APPLE DOESN’T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE

Some criminals are certainly a waste of talent. Most of the really good ones would be great at anything they tried to do, but they gravitated toward crime because they were around it at an early age. Almost all of the stories they heard from people they looked up to… who happened to be lifelong criminals… were all about the good times.
No one ever tells stories about the misery that crime has caused them… at least the men don't. They were “nurtured” by crime.
This is true most of all with the Mafia. Where I come from, we were brought up thinking that life in the Mafia was the coolest life there was. I was born and raised in Revere, Massachusetts; a town near Boston with a large tight-knit Italian population. It was also a place where illegal gambling, loan sharking and drug dealing were a way of life. To be in the Mafia was considered a tremendous achievement… like having won a Super Bowl or having been elected to Congress.
I was born in in August, 1972, which makes me part of “Generation X”. My father, Joe LaFratta, Sr., is three-quarters Italian and one-fourth Greek. My mother is Irish and French.
When I was a little boy… I was about five years old… my family owned a summer cottage at Canobie Lake, New Hampshire, which is about a 45 minute drive from Boston. It was one of best places a young boy could be in the summer. We owned a cottage right next to the lake, we had a boat and there was an amusement park right down the street that had everything… including a roller coaster.
We would spend the whole summer there as a family. It never seemed odd to me that the other kid’s fathers were only there on the weekends, but my father was there all the time. He did not have to go to a nine-to-five job because he never had one. He would leave from time to time late at night, but he would always be there in the morning when we woke up. This was a great time in my life, and I will always look back fondly on it.
My fondest memory of those times, however, is not of the boat or of the amusement park. It is of my father and I driving to the closest farm stand, which was on a country road near our summer cottage. Whenever we went there, my dad would put a big bunch of ears of corn in a bag and place the bag in the car. He would then pick out whatever fruits or vegetables we needed for the night’s salad, put them in another bag and put that bag in the car as well. What I remember most about those shopping trips was when my father would walk back to the farm stand and go over to a coffee can that the customers would drop money in to pay for their merchandise. Like many small businesses in that rural area, the farm stand was on the “honor system”. My father, though, did things differently. He would give a quick look around, take all of the money out of the can and quickly put it in his pocket. He would then look at me, clasp his hands together, shake them up and down at the wrist in a gesture of exasperation and say: "When are they going to learn up here?"
It is important for you to know that my father definitely did not need the money that was in the coffee can… he just loved to get over on things like that. Even though he had what some would consider a warped sense of morality, my father was a good man. He has always loved me, and he would die for me without hesitation. I know for a fact that he never meant me any harm, and he did not want me to follow in his footsteps.
That said, the fact that I saw him do things that he knew were wrong and saw the smile on his face when he did them made it a lot easier for me to choose the same path when I got older. I found crime to be a means of making large sums of money in a way that also made me feel like I was in on a really funny practical joke. Dirty money is very appealing. If you are a true criminal, you see things very differently from other people. You are always watching for angles that lead to quick riches, if you’re willing to take a few risks. There is always a price to be paid, though. My father often told me: “A construction worker has to worry about getting hit in the head by a two by four, but a criminal has to worry about going to jail.”
My life is full of regrets, but it all happened in the past and no one can change the past. I had to learn from my mistakes and as it turns out, I'm a very bad student! It took me a long time to learn how to find true happiness.

Once I “got it”, though, I understood about the world we live in better than I have before, and I realized how anyone could still be happy, whether they were rich or poor or in the most miserable situations imaginable.

Whitey Bulger | Flying around town in a helicopter | Like P Diddy

Whitey Bulger was wisked to Logan airport today via a helicopter ride from Plymouth County Correctional Facility. The Coast Guard is reporting that the chopper cost about $13,500 per hour to the tax payers to operate. So if they used it for 6 hours today to fly the RAT Whitey to and from court, and of course he got to take a spin by the waterfront, that cost the taxpaer $81,000. It works out to almost 10% of the sack of loot that they caught Whitey with.

Why in the world are they flying this guy around like P Diddy? He has been in a private Jet last week now the chopper rides over the city. This is really crazy but no one seems to care. Where do they get his lunch from on court dates, Strega on the waterfront? He must have had a craving for some lobster being away for so long.

I think they U.S marshals should just get a bullet proof Bentley to take him to court in. Then he would really be living like a rap star.

I only got to go to court in the back of a van chained to 3 other jerks. I guess being a "friend" of the FBI still has its perks.

Whitey Bulger | May consider helping John Connolly | Boston Mob

This Kevin Cullen artilce in the Boston Globe is great. I've been saying all along that Whitey may help that disgraced FBI agent John Connolly get that 40 year conviction in Florida overturned. Whitey must appreciate the fact that the FBI agent is the only one in his whole crew that kept his mouth shut.

Word on the street is that this John Connolly was a real piece of crap. He would arrest you and steal your watch and wear it your arraignment or he would steal your car and drive it around your town so everyone could see him in it. Not to mention all the money he must have pocketed during arrest or shakedowns. And why not, no one could do anything about it. If you made any noise he would have you arrested and if he couldn't do that he'd have Whitey kill you. Just another example of how the FBI is the Organized Crime in this country. It is sad though that some guys went to the FBI for help because they thought Whitey was going to kill them and they offered to rat him out for protection but the FBI told them they couldn't help them and then told Whitey what the guy offered to do and guess what happened next. You got it the old "two in the hat".... Another case closed by the Boston FBI office.

This story is the gift that just keeps giving. If I was an ex FBI agent from Boston that had my hand out when Whitey was giving out envelopes I would be on the next flight to Santa Monica. No on will think to look for you there.....

Whtiey Bulger will take down more FBI agents | Boston Mob |

This talks about how people in South Boston think Whitey Bulger will rat out more FBI agents. It is odd how so many of these people from Southie still hold this dirtbag in such high regards. One woman talks about how he helped some poor sexually assaulted woman and her family move to Florida. He most likely had her assaulted because he wanted her apartment to sell drugs out of.

The thing I am looking forward to is the infamous "tapes". When Whitey first went on the lam some of his rat associates said whenever he met with the FBI he always recorded the conversations. These tapes should be worth their weight in gold and if you know how that RAT thinks, he has had them stashed away just for a time like this. I bet the FBI is scouring the country looking for those tapes right now. Maybe they will start offering $100,000 to the person that can tell them where they are. Maybe someone in Iceland will get another check from the FBI..... Iceland, thats a good one!

FBI STORY ON TIP STINKS AS MUCH AS THEIR HISTORY | WHITEY BULGER | BOSTON MOB

John Red Shea the brains behind James Whitey Bulgers crew. Boston Mob

This interview on the FOX morning show is priceless. John Red Shea author of Rat Batard and former member of Whitey Bulgers crew was on Fox morning show and boy can he spin a yarn.

It is easy to see that Whitey's criminal genius rubbed of on this son of Southie. I cannot believe that this guy ever did one day in prison. He should have represented himself because if he did everyone on the jury would have killed themselves during his opening statement.

This is further proof that the FBI must have been helping Whitey during his time on the run or should I say when he moved to Cali.

People still think that Boston is an Irish town, just don't ask John Red Shea to spell the word "Irish" it could take a while. I wonder if he had a ghost writer....LOL
http://video.foxnews.com/v/1022822086001/how-did-whitey-bulger-hide-in-plain-sight

The FBI says there is no Conspiracy on Whitey Bulger capture. They even Pinky Swore on it.

The FBI is now telling us that there is no conspiracy to the Whitey Bulger capture. Boy that sure makes me feel better. Talk about the agency that cried wolf. They lied to everyone for 30 years about Whitey Bulger and Stevie Flemi and now they "pinky swear" that they are on the up and up and they are getting upset that you don't believe them. How foolish of us.

Whitey Bulger didn't go on the run 16 years ago, he friggin moved. He retired and wen't to the west coast to get some sun and who can blame him with the winters we have been having lately. I wonder if he is also responsible for Global Warming, well thats another story.

There has been a story floating around about some lady in Iceland, of all places, that called in the tip on Catherine Grieg. Now that story should be easy to track down, NOT.

The FBI has such a checkered past around Boston that if they told me it was raining outside I'd go look out the window just to make sure. The FBI is trying to change their image. I suggest they do what the KGB has done, just change your name. It almost worked for KGB and for Mr. Gasko, I mean Bulger.

BOSTON POLITICIANS the new BOSTON ORGANIZED CRIME

http://www.authonomy.com/books/34687/dirty-money-how-a-gangster-learned-the-secret-to-true-happiness-the-hard-way-/

This is a very funny article. These organized crime members, or as you like to call them "POLITICIANS" really think that we are ignorant. They break laws every day and we are supposed to believe that they will be afraid of a new "rule". Think about it, its ridiculous. The Reps in Mass are the new Boston Mafia, they make Whitey Bulger look like an idiot. They are smart enough not to committ murder and they never have to go on the lamb because no one cares. Unless of course you are Sal Demasi and you stepped on the wrong guy on your way to the top.

I wonder what the penalty will be for "not snitching"? Maybe the guilty party will have to eat lunch from only the salad bar in the State House cafeteria, or have to pay for parking for a whole week. That last one seems a little harsh, sorry I suggested it. Another point is how can they prove someone broke this rule? The whole thing is designed to help improve public opinion.

I say they should bring back the CORRUPT MIDGET Billy Bulger and make him Governor then get Ex Boston Mafia Boss CARMEN (THE CHEESE MAN) DENUNZIO to run for Speaker of the House. That way both the Italian and Irish Mafia will both be happy. Forget the Crips and the Bloods in Dorchester and Roxbury, they have already had a good run with CADILLAC DEVAL, and 10 years from now we will get a LATIN KING in there because by then all the ILLEGAL ALIENS will be granted citizenship as long as they register as DEMOCRATS.

The "SNITCH RULE" is a joke and will NEVER BE USED. If a MASS POL tells you its raining out, you better go look out the window to make sure. THE ONLY RULE THEY LIVE BY IS THIS, THE VOTER IS DUMB!

Fatal shooting by Boston police | no wrong doing |

The Boston Globe had an article about an incident that happened over the summer in which the Framingham police raided a home and shot and killed a grandfather while he was laying face down on the ground following police instructions. Let us not even get into the fact that it was not even the suspect of the raid but concentrate on the fact that the Middlesex County DA's office has found that no wrong doing was done by the offficer and that he will be kept on PAID leave, until further notice.

The reason that he did no wrong was because, and get this, he tripped and when he tripped he tried to place his hand on the wall and his rifle went off and shot the grandfather in the back and the fact the he immediatly yelled for help after killing him. That's right "he tripped". So if you even find yourself in a situation that you just have to shoot someone that is lying face down with their hands out infront of them just calmly say that you have tripped and you should be ok.

One more thing, don't forget to yell for help, however it is better to do this after you make sure the victim is dead or else help may actually arrive in time. I will provide a link so you can further study up on how to kill people just like the police do!
