Joseph B Solans ATF informant running around commiting crime while working with the government. SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE
So this hunk of shit ATF informant Joseph B Solans got him self arrested for a home invasion that he happened to steal a registered .38 Smith and Wesson on camera and likeness looked like his year book photo, but he was never the smartest guy in the room so his home got raided. Once they found enough evidence to put him away for the habitual criminal charge that would carry 20 years they realized he briefly worked with me at a car dealership and asked him if he could wear a wire and set me up for some made up murder for hire plot the government orchestrated and coached Solans on how to get me to implicate myself on his body wire so they could get me for a crime that never was going to happen rather than arrest this junkie that they had dead to right for a home invasion. Hold on it gets better.
He attains his informant status and gets briefed on how to come at me to coax me to discuss a crime I knew nothing about nor would ever consider committing. So he came to me and asked me questions that immediately let me know he was a no good rat informant so I said I had no idea what he was talking about. This went on for about a year but all the while Joe Solans the informant was forging fake perscriptions for Oxy 30s every day for 180 pills a script. He got caught and arrested about 3 times while a ATF informant but they always got the charges dropped as long as he kept trying to imprison me he was A OK in their book. Oh and they looked past the 5 grams a day of heroin he main lined as long as he tried to get me to confess on tape to a crime I didn't committ he was ok. Finally after about a year of this complete and udder waste of tax payer money and government resources they realized he was lying about my involvement and would never get me on wire talking about this so they finally arrested him over 16 months ago for the Home Invasion but that now turned into a felon in possession charge that carries much less. The only problem now is that it's been over 16 months and this scum bag rat still hasn't been sentenced. It's a open and shut case so why the delay? Could old Joe the Junkie be testifying at some grand jury or should I say be lying to some grand jury while being coached by a government prosecutor?

Massachusetts judicial system is the worst in the country
Read this story and see for yourself how screwed up the MA judicial system is. This is only one story. How many innocent people went to prison because of this bitch? How much tax payer money is going to be paid out to those people that were wrongly convicted and how much will be spent on re opening their cases?
When you consider cases like these, Whitey Bulger, Joe Salvati and my own along with countless others it goes to show you that the death penalty should never be an option. If the government killed one innocent person then the whole concept is wrong.

BOSTON GLOBE STORY from 12/17
Former state chemist Annie Dookhan, who triggered a crisis in the state’s criminal justice system that has set convicted drug dealers free and may cost tens of millions of dollars to fix, is facing a 27-count indictment, Attorney General Martha Coakley’s office said today.
Dookhan, 34, of Franklin, who allegedly mishandled evidence she was
supposed to test at a state drug lab, has been indicted by a grand jury
on 17 counts of obstruction of justice, as well as 10 other charges,
including tampering with evidence, perjury, and falsely pretending to
hold a degree from a college or university, prosecutors said.
Dookhan had previously faced criminal charges in Boston Municipal Court. Those will be dropped and the prosecution of the former Department of Public Health employee will now shift to Suffolk Superior Court.
Dookhan is to be arraigned Thursday in the Boston courthouse.
“We allege that Annie Dookhan tampered with drug evidence and fabricated test results on multiple occasions,” Coakley said in a statement. “Her alleged actions have sent ripple effects throughout the criminal justice system. We are committed to working with all stakeholders to fix this situation and restore trust in the criminal justice system.”
Dookhan worked for the DPH from 2003 until she was fired by the Patrick administration earlier this year. Prosecutors, defense attorneys, and the judicial system have estimated her alleged illegal activities may have undermined as many as 190,000 cases that were prosecuted during her career.
Prosecutors, the Committee on Public Counsel Services, municipal governments and social service agencies have estimated they will need tens of millions of dollars to deal with the increased caseloads, increased supervision of released defendants, and legal fees stemming from the scandal.
According to Coakley’s statement, Dookhan allegedly “dry labbed’’ seized drugs, falsely certifying that she performed the required testing of seized suspected contraband when, in fact, she had not tested, but had merely made a visual examination.
Dookhan also allegedly tainted samples by mixing substances she knew were illegal drugs with samples she knew did not contain illegal substances. She also allegedly forged the initials of a supervisor on reports in an attempt to cover up her misdeeds, prosecutors allege.
Dookhan occasionally would testify in court as an expert witness and is facing the perjury charge for claiming under oath that she held a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, when records show she never even enrolled in a master’s program.
These charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty, prosecutors said.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM BEING A JOKE
This Massachusetts drug lab story should be getting a lot more press than it is. I cannot believe that there is not more public outrage over this mess. How many innocent people went to prison? How much tax payer money is going to spent on re opening these cases, on top of the original amount of trying them. The numbers would be staggering to say the least. Not to mention the amount of wrongful conviction lawsuits that will soon be pending against the state.
How in this day and age does something like this happen? How is there no oversight? This Dookhans answered to no one and no one checked her work. This is outrageous and no one really seems to care. Yes they made a spectacle of arresting her and it was to lead story on the 6 o'clock news that night but other than that people aren't saying much.
If you are ignorant enough to think that prosecutors had no idea that something was wrong then you really see the world through rose colored glasses. The prosecutors didn't care what was going on. All they care about are convictions. The truth is does not matter.
For this to happen in this day and age is remarkable to say the least.
This story really shows you what the court system is all about and if you believe it to be an isolated incident then you are a fool and have a good shot at becoming a state employee. Do you think there may be other lab employees that have cut corners? I'm sure of it. The only good thing to come out of this whole mess is that they whole lab system is sure to change and I'm sure it will have plenty of oversight from now on.
When all is said and done I'm guessing that this will cost the state of Massachusetts about 500 million when you add it all together and that is going to come right out of the taxpayers pocket.
Keep voting democratic and hoping things change but think how can something change when you don't do anything differently.
We are all sheep being led to the slaughter.

The (former) Lawyer Chris Rich had the oddest requests. Joe LaFratta
In 2004 when I was released from federal prison I started working with the lawyer Chris Rich in his Salem office. I got the job because he owed a friend of mine a favor and I had to have a job to get out of the half way house I was in. As soon as I started working with him he asked me over and over to do illegal things for him. At the time he was in the middle of lawsuit with the Georgetown Country Club and HATED the owner of the place Dr. Peter Wojtkun. He used to ask me every other day if I could send a couple guys to give him a beating. I never did of course but I told him I needed 5 grand to give to my guys....LOL. This is the kind of guy that Chris Rich is and he was lawyer and an officer of the court at the time.
He really is piece of garbage. If I did half the things he wanted me too I would have gotten the electric chair by now. One day he called me and asked me to come to his house on the first hole of the Georgetown Country Club. He said it was very important. I showed up at his house and he gave me a license plate number and told me he wanted the guys thumbs broken. Apparently the guy cut him off while they were driving on the highway and I guess he figured no one could cut him off and get away with it. Imagine that. Break his thumbs...LOL what is this 1920? What a jerk.
Chris Rich is such a stuck up asshole. He actually asked me to rob the Georgetown Country Club of its Superbowl betting pool. He said there was over $40,000 there at the time. Now understand he did not want me to break in at night and steal the money, he wanted me to go in guns blazing and stick the place up. What a good guy huh? Who knows how many members would be there and who knows what could happen in that situation? He just does not care about any of those things. He hated the owner and he wanted revenge, END OF STORY.
His father Frank Rich and his brother Brian own the company NATIONS RENT out of Florida. It is a fortune 500 company and Chris is the black sheep of the family. He owes everyone in his family large amounts of money and has no intention of paying them. Thats the kind of guy he is.
The best part is that he keeps running for elected positions in the town of Georgetown and keeps losing. If it was anyone other than him it would be sad but he deserves everything he is getting. He cannot stand anyone and he is the cheapest guy you will ever meet. He is mad at a nickle for not being a dime...lol.
If you are ever in the town of Georgetown MA and you see that big yellow barn at 292 Andover St. you may have a hard time not throwing up. He designed it and it is the ugliest home I have ever seen. The whole town thinks its an eyesore.
I recently heard that they are having a GRAND JURY on him. Apparently he commited a few crimes when he filed false police reports and commited bank fraud against Eastern Bank. I would not testify against him, not because I care about him in any way, I just don't believe in doing things like that to your friends or your enemies but he is surely going to get some jail time out of all of this. The best part about it all is that he did all this to himself. He got himself disbarred, he got FOX 25 to follow him around and run a special about what an asshole he is and he is the one that is putting himself in PRISON.
I HOPE WHEN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR YOU LIZZARD THAT YOU REMEMBER HOW I PLAYED YOU LIKE A FIDDLE. I SHOWED EVERYONE WHAT A FOOL YOU REALLY ARE AND I BEAT YOU IN COURT TOO. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR UPCOMING CASE....LMAO

I'm sick of hearing the word RACISM

This story in the Boston Globe tells the story of a Harvard class President that was running down the street with his hat on backwards past 4 white young white guys and the white guys yelled something like "why are you running, did you steal something?" and the author goes on to tell us how racism is alive and well in this country.
I am so sick of hearing stories like this. Listen I'm not saying that there are not white people out there that don't hate black people for no good reason, but we all agree that those people are ignorant. What I am saying is that if you went around and polled all white people and all black people and asked who felt more intimidated around a group of the other race I guarantee you that the white people would be of the higher percentage. If this situation was reversed and I was in Roxbury running past 4 young black kids I have a far better chance of getting shot than this kid had of getting his poor feeling hurt. Why is it that every single black comedian in this country can tell every joke they want about white people and no one seems to care. God forbid one white comedian tells a joke about a black person. The world would be all over him and Al Sharpton would be outside his house with a crowd of people demanding an apology. There is racism out there but reverse racism is far more common these days in my opinion.
Maybe these young white guys were just referring to the fact that blacks make up 13% or so of the U.S. population but make up about 40% of the prison population. Maybe that is why they think he stole something. I'm not saying that is right but you cannot have it both ways.
The guy that wrote the article is a class President at Harvard, the President of the United States is black and we still have to hear about racism. Why is it that every time someone has something negative to say about Obama they are labeled a racist? Slavery was terrible, no question about it and it never should have happened in this country. That said, I'm Italian and my family moved to this country in the 1920's. Not one of my ancestors ever owned a slave so I don't think I should have to live in a perpetual state of apology just because I'm white. There was affirmative action and black people have every opportunity to get ahead in this country as white people and in some cases they have more opportunities.
Please understand that I am NOT A RACIST I am just sick and tired of hearing about it. Why am I supposed to feel like I did something wrong just because I'm white. Remember one thing there will NEVER EVER be a CET (Caucasian entertainment television) station on cable. Why? racism, just not the kind you read about in the news paper.

THE LAWYER, THE DOCTOR'S AND THE CONVICTED FELON MOB ASSOCIATE
Have you ever heard of Dr. Richard Shemin? How about Dr. Steve McColgan? If you have not don't worry, once my book comes out you will hear plenty about these guys. They were such good friends with him that they asked him if they could invest in our enterprise. When I say "our enterprise" I apologize that I cannot be more specific but it is for obvious reasons.
Dr. Richard Shemin of UCLA is regarded as one of our country's leading heart surgeons according to UCLA and he also likes to supplement his income with some very risky investments. Me being one of them. He and Dr. Steve McColgan of Bellflower, CA gave Chris Rich $100,000 each to "invest" with me. They knew what we were up too and they were all for it. All they wanted was to increase profits and they both actually needed tutoring on how to spend all the cash. Between the three of these guys, Rich, Shemin and McColgan they put up over $350,000 in a matter of days to "invest". McColgan and Rich were the only two that ever asked me to cause physical harm to people that they were involved in legal battles with. I never followed through with anything like that but I want you to know what kind of people these are. They are all supposed to be the pillars of our community and they all have gotten their hands very, very dirty.
A good story about Dr. Shemin, one day I was late getting to his office to give him his monthly interest payment and when I got there I was ushered into his office like the times before but this time he was in surgery. He came barging in the office covered in blood and he told me that he "stepped out"of the surgery to come collect his money from me. Imagine the poor slob on the table getting heart surgery and this jerk leaves him there to come grab an envelope stuffed with cash from me. I guess he watched the Soprano's one too many times.

They all sat by and said nothing while an innocent man (me, Joe LaFratta) was tried and convicted for crimes they all knew I did not commit. This is two Dr's and a disbarred attorney that did this. The crook Christopher Rich is running for another elected official position
I guess it is true that some people will really never learn.
Disgraced and disbarred attorney Christopher Rich of Georgetown MA is running for another elected official position in town. You may remember that FOX UNDERCOVER aired the story of him being caught on wire tap asking an "alleged" mob associate (me) to rob the Georgetown country club and discussing a number of other crimes he wanted committed on the day of the town Assessors election that he was running for. He lost in a land slide but what the hell, that was way back in May of 2011.
I'm sure he figures the voting public has forgotten all about that. This jerk really is living in his own world. He swears that he did nothing wrong and that the State police were wrong in saying it was him on the wire taps. The Mass State police don't get things like that wrong you idiot.
This is the same guy that had me convicted of stealing and cashing his checks when I never stole a single one of them. He gave them to me and he must have been robbing clients funds and got caught so he tried to put the blame in my lap. What he didn't know was that my phone had been tapped and the taps proved that he not only gave me the checks and had me cash them but that he was a criminal and all around bad guy.
He was a lawyer but he was about to be disbarred for some of his wrong doings but he did the smart thing and took a MEDICAL LEAVE OF ABSENCE rather than be disbarred.
GEORGETOWN WAKE UP AND LET THIS JERK KNOW YOU WILL NOT ELECT HIM FOR ANY POSITION WHAT SO EVER. HE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO SWEEP THE FLOORS IN TOWN HALL.

STATE TROOPER AND MEMBER OF LAW ENFORCEMENT MAFIA TAKES A PINCH
WELL, WELL, WELL. A local bookmaker and FBI informant, as shocking as that may be, has helped the FBI pinch a local Mass State Trooper for extortion. This is a great story. State Trooper facing extortion charges
BOSTON (AP) — A Massachusetts state trooper has been charged with extortion after allegedly going into business with a bookmaker who was working as an FBI informant.
Authorities say John Analetto beat and repeatedly threatened to kill the informant after loaning the informant about $24,000 to pay off debts to loansharks. In exchange, Analetto allegedly demanded a percentage of the informant's gambling business. An FBI agent says in an affidavit that Analetto also threatened to kill one of the informant's bettors.
Analetto was arrested Saturday in Belmont.

LAW ENFORCEMENT MAFIA EVEN GETS "HAPPY ENDINGS"
FOX UNDERCOVER is reporting on a story that 3 day spa's in the Boston area were providing "sexual favors" for tips.
Not really a blockbuster story until they dropped this bomb. I guess the client list has come out and low and behold, it is loaded with police officers, local politicians and prominent men in the community. They also have some proof that police ignored several complaints about these establishments. I WONDER WHY???
I love stories like this. I wonder how many of the officers were on duty when they got their "HAPPY ENDING" on your tax dollar? I bet the only tip they gave out was to not arrest the women for what they just did to them.
The LAW ENFORCMENT MAFIA runs this country and if you are not part of it they consider you a sucker. I'm sure the only reason they even busted these places was because the FBI got involved. The local cops will have to go back to raping prostitutes to satisfy their sexual needs.
I'm sure you will be hearing that some of these poor officers are just sex addicts and that they have been placed on PAID LEAVE. I really hope they can get some help for their disease.... LMAO

The Law does not apply to everyone | Essex county DA |
In 2009 I was convicted of robbing disgraced attorney and Georgetown planning board member Christopher C. Rich of over $200,000. After serving 7 months of my 6 year sentence I found exculpatory evidence that my phones were tapped and that Chris Rich was on these taps talking to me about crimes he wanted to commit. The DA withheld this information and when the judge heard it he overturned my conviction and ordered me a new trial.
What I am wondering is this. Why hasn't the DA's office prosecuted Christopher C. Rich for any number of things he did that were against the law. He filed a false police report, he committed perjury on the witness stand a number of times and he also sued Eastern bank fauduletly and won? He won the case against the bank because I was convicted of stealing his checks even though evidence found later proved the checks were given to me.
I sure as hell know what would have happened to me if I committed any of these crimes. The one against the bank is actually bank fraud if you think about it. However, he is friends with the Essex County DA and several judges in the state so I guess the LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO EVERYONE.
Believe me, I don't think anyone should go to jail but If the courts are going to portray themselves as society's moral compass they should go after people that actually commit crime. This guy was a lawyer so he should have a pretty good understanding of the laws that he broke.
One more point I would like to make. Christopher C. Rich still has a license to carry a firearm in this state. How does that happen? He is on wire tap with an "alleged" member of organized crime (me) plotting crimes against innocent people.

Law Enforcement Mafia flexing their muscle in Revere MA
Boulevard Family Settles Suit with City, State in Overzealous Home Search
The City and State Police have recently settled a federal Civil Rights case with a family from Revere Beach Boulevard that came as a result of what appears to be an overzealous home search during the initial investigation following the Officer Dan Talbot murder.
The case involved two Revere Police Officers and two State Police Troopers and was arbitrated in federal court by a federal judge, concluding just this past March. The City agreed to pay the family $40,000 and the State Police also paid $40,000.
City Solicitor Paul Capizzi told the Journal that the case was handled by Attorney Gerry D’Ambrosio’s office.
D’Ambrosio was not immediately available for comment on the case, but Capizzi indicated that attorneys advised the City that the case might be favorable for the plaintiff.
“They told us our defenses were there, but maybe not adequate enough to meet a challenge,” he said.
So, instead of risking a jury trial in Federal Court, the City agreed to mediate the matter and arrived at a settlement. There was no wrongdoing admitted to and the matter was a Civil matter and not a criminal matter.
State Police Spokesman David Procopio indicated that the state preferred not to comment on the suit.
The case was handled rather quietly and was discovered this week by the media as it was disclosed during deficit spending discussions that were before the City Council.
Mayor Tom Ambrosino said it was a case that wasn’t out of the ordinary and something the City deals with from time to time.
That being said, the family’s attorney, John Day of Boston, laid out quite a set of allegations before the court.
In an amended complaint filed in Boston Federal Court last August, the alleged facts of the case are laid out in astonishing fashion.
On the Saturday morning after the Talbot murder, on Sept. 29, 2007, the family said they were relaxing in their Boulevard home when the mother heard voices in the backyard. She looked out the window and noticed police officers sneaking around their yard and trying to hide behind the garage.
She told her husband about the situation and they went outside to find out what was happening.
When they asked officers, the only comment was whether or not they had watched the news. When the family said they hadn’t, officers said they could not tell them what was happening.
The family alleged that they decided to go inside and call Revere Police. As they started to do so, the front doorbell rang and two officers began banging on the front door.
A Revere Police officer and a State Trooper were at the door, with the Trooper brandishing a long-barreled weapon. The father asked why they were there and he was allegedly told to “Open the [expletive deleted] door.”
Officers continued to be evasive as to why they were there and discussed the news coverage several times, of which the family alleged they had no knowledge of. They alleged that they had not heard any news yet and had no idea that Talbot had been murdered until some time after the entire incident unfolded.
Without invitation, officers allegedly entered the home and asked for the couple’s teen-age son. When officers allegedly learned that the son was upstairs showering, a Revere officer drew his weapon and ran upstairs to seek out the teen.
The family allegedly asked for a warrant repeatedly but were ignored.
When the father – who was quite concerned – tried to follow the armed officer upstairs, the State Trooper with the rifle stopped him.
The Trooper allegedly ordered the father to get down on the ground and told him that if he moved, he would be shot.
At that point, allegedly, a Revere Police officer and another State Trooper came running through the front door. They were allegedly the same officers that had been hiding in the backyard at the outset.
The Revere officer drew his weapon and also ran upstairs.
When the mother tried to follow the second armed officer upstairs, she was allegedly pushed down the stairs, allegedly injuring her elbow.
She allegedly called for help, but her husband was allegedly also still being held.
Police allegedly still refused to say why they were there.
When the mother made a second attempt to go upstairs, the Trooper subdued her with an arm grapple and put her to the wall – ordering her to get down on the floor.
To heighten the situation, the family’s dog – an even-tempered black Labrador – entered the area and Troopers allegedly threatened to shoot the dog unless it was removed immediately.
When the mother attempted to call Revere Police, in the midst of the recorded call the Trooper ended the call and allegedly threw the phone against the wall.
Upstairs, as the teen was getting dressed from his shower, armed police allegedly barged into his room and ordered him to the floor at gunpoint.
He was handcuffed and placed on the bed.
He pleaded with officers to tell him why they were there.
They only asked him if he watched the news, which he had not.
The two Revere officers made a few telephone calls, and after finishing those calls, they removed the handcuffs and left the residence.
All four officers allegedly left as quickly as they had come and allegedly without any explanation.
One Trooper is also alleged to have misidentified himself to the mother as he left. They were also alleged to be laughing and smiling as they left the family’s home.
While they were leaving, plainclothes Revere Police officers responded to the scene as a result of the recorded phone call that had been stopped.
The situation was explained and a superior officer from the Revere Police Station did end up apologizing for the entire incident.
The complaint indicates that police had identified the teen as a person of interest, but that he allegedly wasn’t supposed to be apprehended.
Two days later, after hearing fully about the Talbot murder, the family alleged that they called the Revere Police and offered to come in with their son to help the investigation.
None of those calls, they allege, were ever returned.
Attorney Day alleged that the son had no connection whatsoever to the shooting and that there was never any probable cause to believe any such connection existed.
There were no warrants for anyone in the house and the family indicated that they never gave consent for officers to enter or search the home.
Attorney Day did not immediately respond to a phone call.
Capizzi indicated that the matter appeared to be a miscommunication between officers about the urgency in which Police wanted to speak with the teen-age son.

Massachusetts Law Enforcement Mafia at it again
Lowell police officer Arovanh Lakmany was indicted recently on extortion, 3 counts of rape and 3 counts of soliciting a prostitute but get this, he was released on PERSONAL RECOGNIZANCE. Which means he wasn't even given a bail.
Now call me crazy but this bail seems to be a little low. Actually its impossible to get your bail any lower unless they pay you to be charged with a crime. Oh wait a second that is most likely what is going to happen. I'm sure that this RAPIST will be suspended with pay, or as you and I like to call it, "given a paid vacation".
I know a thousand people that have been charged with crimes a lot less serious than this and were given huge bails. I wonder what the difference is between them and him. Oh, no I don't, he's a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER so the "LAWS" DO NOT APPLY TO HIM.
This jerk actually said in an interview with detectives that "he felt like he was untouchable because, you know, were cops". THAT ABOUT SUMS IT UP.

FBI's arrest of Whitey Bulger publicity stunt | FAST AND FURIOUS | SHOULD MAKE YOU FURIOUS
In the FBI's long history of making bad decisions this has to be the worst. Forget about Whitey Bulger and Hoover wearing a dress. This trumps them all.
These morons actually thought it was a good idea to spend tax dollars on guns and give them to drug dealers so they could track them. Let us mull that over for a moment. I'm no criminologist but I think when you give a drug deal a high powered weapon most of the time someone gets hurt or killed and that is exactly what happened.
I honestly believe that the reason the FBI finally "found" Whitey Bulger is so they could divert some of the bad press from this story and have people talking about Whitey. These morons actually thought it was a good idea to spend tax dollars on guns and give them to drug dealers so they could track them. Let us mull that over for a moment. I'm no criminologist but I think when you give a drug deal a high powered weapon most of the time someone gets hurt or killed and that is exactly what happened.
I honestly believe that the reason the FBI finally "found" Whitey Bulger is so they could divert some of the bad press from this story and have people talking about Whitey. Casey Anthony gets 4 years | Public Outraged |
I understand that people are upset that Casey Anthony got found NOT GUILTY and that they are upset with the Judicial system. What I don't understand is how these same people don't seem to care when the Judicial system CONVICTS some poor bastard of a crime he didn't commit.
Let's take Joe Salvati for instance. Joe was given the DEATH PENALTY for a crime he didn't commit and the government knew he didn't commit but tried him anyway. The DEATH PENALTY was abolished in Mass before the government could actually pull off its premeditated murder of Mr. Salvati but the poor bastard still ended up doing 27 years before he was released from prison.
He only got out because they actually could prove that the FBI with held exculpatory evidence in his case that proved he had no idea that the murder happened and was nowhere near the crime scene. And this was after years of losing appeals and the government repeatedly calling him a "mobster" when they were the ones in bed with the real homicidal maniac James Whitey Bulger.
This woman was found NOT GUILTY by a jury of her peers and that's that!
The system works but only if you own a fortune 500 company. The rest of us have NO SAY IN THE MATTER. DEAL WITH IT!
